Selling the Product in PDF Format

You are allowed to do the following:

• Put your name or pen name on the products as the author.
• Edit the contents of the product like changing the title
• Sell the product (E-Book) in PDF format.
• Break the contents of the product into articles for article submission purposes or add content to your website, blog or e-zine, and include your resource box.
• Add the product into a paid only membership site.
• Add the product into your product bundle or package and sell for a higher price.
• Offer the Basic Resell Rights or Master Resell Rights to the PDF E-Book. ie. Your client can resell the ebook but your client cannot offer resell rights.

You are not allowed to do the following:

• CANNOT give the product away for FREE, under any circumstances at all.
• CANNOT sell the product on auction sites such as eBay.com or uBid.com.
  

Selling the Private Label Rights (Word Format)

You are allowed to do the following:

• Resell the Private Label Rights to the product for at least $47

NOTE: You must pass on this license - as it is - to your customers when reselling the Private Label Rights to this product. There is no excuse that no one is equally informed of the terms and conditions to this product.

You can offer the Private Label Rights to this product in a paid membership site or paid product package.

You are not allowed to do the following:

• CANNOT give away or trade in the Private Label Rights to this product for FREE. It must be sold.
• CANNOT offer the Private Label Rights to this product as a bonus or add into a free membership site.
• CANNOT sell the Private Label Rights to this product on auction sites such as eBay.comor uBid.com.

Other Important Terms & Conditions

• Customer Service will be supplied by you. Joseph Then and EasyNicheFiresale.com will not be responsible for the lack or failure of their reseller's customer service, as the business dealings are between the reseller and his or her direct customer.

• Misleading marketing tactics like SPAM or any other illegal/unethical methods to market this product is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

• You CANNOT add, use or impersonate my name (Joseph Then), business name (EasyNicheFiresale.com) or any other of my business or personal information to the product and/or your web site. This product is provided for your own use, not mine.

• You CANNOT claim copyright to the product unless substantial changes are made to the product. See above yellow box for the meaning of substantial changes.

• All web site links (URLs) CANNOT point to porno, gambling or other unrelated business web sites.

• You CANNOT you copy, duplicate, reproduce, and/or steal any part of the sales letter at: http://www.EasyNicheFiresale.com. You can however, use the salesletter as it is in the products offered.

• Joseph Then & EasyNicheFiresale.com are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from your application or non-application of the product and its Private Label Rights.

• Joseph Then & EasyNicheFiresale.com has the right to refuse or discontinue service to you for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking of this license in which case all monies paid will be forfeited.

• Joseph Then & EasyNicheFiresale.com also reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions where and when needed, without prior notice. 10. This constitutes the entire license agreement.

• Any disputes or terms not discussed in this agreement are at the sole discretion of Joseph Then & EasyNicheFiresale.com.

Guarantee: No guarantee of income is made. Results vary from individual to individual as other success factors include resources, skills, knowledge, and circumstances.
